PRESENTATION OF SAWIT KINABALU GROUP (SKG) INTEGRITY BULLETIN FIRST EDITION 2026 TO THE CHIEF MINISTER OF SABAH
KOTA KINABALU, 21 July 2026 – Sawit Kinabalu Group (SKG) continues to reinforce its commitment to fostering a strong culture of integrity and strengthening anti-corruption practices through the publication of the SKG Integrity Bulletin First Edition 2026. The publication reflects the Group’s ongoing efforts to enhance corporate governance based on the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
LABUAN – Sawit Kinabalu Group proudly participated in Road to MAHA Labuan 2026, held from 23rd to 26th July at Kompleks Sukan Laut Antarabangsa Labuan, presenting a diverse range of products that reflect the Group’s ongoing commitment to quality, sustainability, and agribusiness development.
LAHAD DATU – The 2nd Quarterly Management Committee Meeting (QMCM) site visit was successfully held in Lahad Datu on 27th July 2026 (Monday), bringing together the Group’s Senior Management for a comprehensive visit to review the latest operational developments and strategic initiatives across the region.

Sawit Kinabalu Group is formally announcing the appointment of YB Tuan Haji Hazem Mubarak Tun Musa as the new Chairman of Sawit Kinabalu Sdn. Bhd. and Borneo Samudera Sdn. Bhd. The appointment was formalised yesterday, marking an important milestone in the leadership of both organisations.
YB Tuan Haji Hazem Mubarak Tun Musa brings to the Chairmanship a strong background in public service and leadership, supported by extensive experience in governance. His appointment underscores Sawit Kinabalu Group’s continued commitment to effective governance, prudent decision-making, and a clear strategic direction as the company navigates a dynamic business environment.
Sawit Kinabalu Group looks forward to working closely with YB Tuan Haji Hazem Mubarak Tun Musa in his capacity as Chairman. The Management is confident that his leadership will provide steady guidance, strengthen governance practices, and support the company’s continued growth and long-term resilience.
KOTA KINABALU, 2 July 2026 – PETRONAS paid a courtesy visit to Sawit Kinabalu Group’s Head Office to initiate discussions on potential collaboration involving the Sawit Kinabalu Sandakan Industrial Park (SK SIP).
KOTA KINABALU, 2 July 2026 – Sawit Kinabalu Group recently hosted a delegation from Guangxi Nanyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Tawa Trading Ltd. (Hong Kong), and Nanyi International (Hong Kong) at its headquarters. The meeting centred on a proposal to establish the Malaysia AI Token Factory & Innovation Centre.
