Sawit Kinabalu Group is formally announcing the appointment of YB Tuan Haji Hazem Mubarak Tun Musa as the new Chairman of Sawit Kinabalu Sdn. Bhd. and Borneo Samudera Sdn. Bhd. The appointment was formalised yesterday, marking an important milestone in the leadership of both organisations.
YB Tuan Haji Hazem Mubarak Tun Musa brings to the Chairmanship a strong background in public service and leadership, supported by extensive experience in governance. His appointment underscores Sawit Kinabalu Group’s continued commitment to effective governance, prudent decision-making, and a clear strategic direction as the company navigates a dynamic business environment.
