The three pillars’ People, Profit, Planet (3P) conception were explicitly embedded in Sawit Kinabalu strategy for the oil palm sustainability framework. The 3P approaches require the company to firstly concern about the protection of the ecosystem. Secondly to look at the impact of company operations to local communities and thirdly maintaining high production with low production costs to attain the economic viability. This 3P conceptions, has enabled Sawit Kinabalu to sustain its high productivity while protecting the environment and benefiting the communities
