Chairman - Y.A.B. Datuk Musa Haji Aman
Y.A.B. Datuk Musa Haji Aman , the present Chief Minister of Sabah, hails from Beaufort. He was born on 30th March 1951. Like every youngster he began his primary education, in the Malay stream, at SRK Mempagar, Limbawang, Beaufort.
Datuk K Y Mustafa was first appointed as Board of Director on 1 August 2000. He graduated with a Bachelor of Literature majoring in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Malaya (1974).
Dr Pang Teck Wai was appointed as Board of Director on 18 June 1999. He is an economist by training and has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics (1976)

Daruk Seri Panglima Stephen R. Evans J.P was appointed as Board of Director on 11 May 2005. He is a holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Administrative Management and Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration
Group managing director - Tuan Haji Othman Walat
Haji Othman Walat, Malaysian, aged 59 is the Group Managing Director of Sawit Kinabalu Sdn Bhd. He graduated with a Diploma in Agriculture from University Pertanian Malaysia in 1970. He ever attended a 3-month course in Agricultural Management in Mananga , Swaziland
